“My late husband, Chuck Imbler, Jr and I had a vision of the home we wanted to build and raise our girls in. After MANY years of collecting pictures of details we were ready to begin. We knew our give and takes but our first priority was QUALITY!

On 8-8-08 our dream became a reality. We moved into our home. This would NOT have been possible without the professional advice and guidance of Darren Stafford!! We could just show him a picture or explain to him what we envisioned and he gave us our options as to why or why not we should do it that way. Darren is professional and honest. Chuck passed away in April 2013. He lived there almost 5 years. It is on the golf course and is truly our dream. Our goal was not to build a big house but the detail is impeccable! And we used every inch to the best use.

We wanted to have our Patio enclosed but were having problems finding a Contractor willing to accept such a small job until one of my Golf Friends provided an overview of some remodeling work done on his kitchen. His opinion of the work that Stafford Developments performed was mind boggling! Therefore, my wife and I decided to contact Darren Stafford and explained to him what we’d like to have done. We had no particular designs but Mr. Stafford agreed that our ideas were feasible. Not only was he willing to accept the job, but he suggested changes that would ultimately lead my wife and I to definitely consider him as our Contractor. We viewed other projects that he’d completed and were left with no doubt that he was the person that we wanted to do our Patio. He was on site inspecting everything that was being done and that includes moving trees and vegetation. He was so involved that I was led to ask him why he was showing so much interest in this project? His reply left me with the thought that if I ever had another construction job I’d want him to do it. In reference to his comment, it was as follows:
“I treat your house as if it were my own because I’d like to have people see and understand the quality of work that I do”
He completed the project approximately a month earlier than the contract required. Now that our Patio has been completed and furnished we couldn’t have been happier with the work that was done. Many thanks to Stafford Developments for a Job Well Done!
