During the Pre-Construction phase, we will work together to develop your site and house plans or determine you addition/renovation needs. We will also determine allowances.

Step 3 • Construction
Enjoy the excitement as your home is skillfully constructed! Throughout the Construction phase, you will be updated consistently via progress updates and onsite milestone meetings.
